PAI Applications Industry ‘s AUTOSPLIT mold separators are the ideal solution for maintenance and production workshops working with molds. These machines allow the mold to be separated into its two halves and the upper half to be flipped in a controlled manner, eliminating manual effort and reducing workplace hazards.
With capacities ranging from 10 tons to 40 tons , the AUTOSPLIT equipment allows working with heavy molds in a controlled manner, reducing maintenance times and increasing operator safety.
Available in two models depending on the access to the load by Bridge Crane or Lift Fork / Trolley , and with configurations adaptable to different needs and industrial environments.
